Due to the nature of our handmade and hygienic products, candles that have been opened, used, or burned are not eligible for refunds. Refunds are considered only under specific circumstances outlined below.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us process your request quickly, please provide:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged item
Photos of the original packaging
Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on availability and your preference.
If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. After verification, we will arrange the correct item or issue a refund as appropriate.
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
Used or burned candles
Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
Sale, clearance, or promotional items
Gift cards
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to an error on our part.
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible.
